Cascarilla
Constipation, stool hard, in pieces, covered with mucus (Graph.); constant urging, often with pain high up in rectum, gnawing pain; passes bright blood, with or without stool, in large quantities.

Disinclination to think.
Heat and confusion of head.
Dull drawing pain in right temporal region.
Itching about eyes.
Burning heat of inner and outer ear.
Faceache.
Bitter, rough taste, when smoking.
Gangrenous aphthae of children.
Sensation of swelling deep down in throat.
Accumulation of mucus in throat.
No appetite, especially early in the morning.
Thirst for hot tea during heat. (Intermittent).
Aversion to smell of tobacco smoke.
Eructations : with bitter taste ; eructations empty ; ineffectual eructations.
Burning pressure in pit of stomach.
Slight tensive pressure in epigastric region, as after eating too much ; the concussion of every step taken is painfully felt in region of stomach.
Uncomfortable pressure and tension in hypochondria, almost like incarcerated flatus, though associated with a feeling of hardness.
Pressure and rumbling in abdomen.
Griping preceding morning stool.
Boils in the inguinal region.
Occasional diarrhœa, becoming gradually worse and more frequent, with backache and lassitude.
Constant slight urging, often with pain high up in rectum, gnawing in character.
Diarrhœa alternating with hard, lumpy stools.
Constipation ; stool hard, in pieces, covered with mucus.
Passes bright blood with or without stool, in large quantities, causing weakness.
Soreness and burning in orifice of urethra after urinating.
Involuntary micturition.
Spermatorrhœa.
Short dry cough, from tickling in trachea.
Haemoptysis.
Stitch upward on left side in chest.
Backache and weakness, inclination to lie down ; a distaste for business.
Backache, muscles of both sides pained violently.
Pressive tensive pain in right shoulder joint, during rest and motion.
Formicating pain in calves.
Pain in joints.
During rest and motion : pains in shoulder joint.
Great fatigue and lassitude, with weariness in the limbs.
The whole day greatest degree of lassitude, had to lie down, but was not refreshed.
Sleep with clear consciousness.
Horrible dreams, wakes up frightened.
In open air : sweat on back, while walking.
Anxious heat of whole body and slight sweat, followed by drowsiness.
Sweat on back when walking in open air, with chilliness, ameliorated when standing still.
Heat, with thirst for warm drinks (Intermittent).
Stitch on the left side.
Drawing in the temporal region on the right side; pain in right shoulder joint.
Sensation as of swelling in throat.
Sensation as of stitch : on left side.
Sensation of drawing : in temporal region.
Pain : in joints.
Burning : of ears ; in orifice of urethra.
Burning pressure : in pit of stomach.
Pressive tensive pain : in right shoulder joint.
Tensive pressure : in epigastric region ; in hypochondria.
Pressure : in abdomen.
Gnawing pain : high up in rectum.
Griping : in abdomen, preceding stool.
Soreness : in orifice of urethra.
Heat : of head.
Formicating pain : in calves.
Tickling : in trachea.
Itching : about eyes ; itching of skin.
Hemorrhages. Anemia ; dropsy.
Concussion of step is felt in region of stomach.
Itching of skin.
Like Cinchona (in effects of loss of blood and intermittents) ; like Graphit. (in mucus mingled with stools).
Dose: 6,30 potency (1 drop in 10 ml water on empty stomach or as advised by your doctor).
Tincture (1 drop in 10 ml water two times a day or as advised by your doctor)
